Andrea Rigobon - Director, Procurement and Senior Legal Counsel
Andrea joined Fidelity Canada in April of 2012. In her current role, Andrea manages Fidelity Canada’s Procurement Team as well as support’s Fidelity Canada from a legal perspective. Her legal work focuses on commercial negotiations with vendors, privacy, anti-spam and intellectual property matters, digitalization and regulatory matters that impact the industry, Fidelity Canada and its clients.

Andrea spends a great deal of her time speaking to advisors and dealers about the regulatory landscape and the impact or potential impact of new rules and regulations on their businesses.

Prior to joining Fidelity Canada, Andrea worked as a securities associate at a Bay street law firm.

For eight years Larry served as the founding chairman of the Ministers’ Technology Advisory Group for the Province of Ontario. He was also a member of the Chair’s Advisory Council on e-Government, the first Ambassador for Privacy by Design for the Information & Privacy Commissioner of Ontario and served as a technical advisor to the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario for the Aboriginal Computer Literacy Program. NCM Investments: Jason Isaac - Global Dividend Investing 2022 and Beyond

Jason will talk about why dividends matter and how over time, dividends are a key factor in strong returns, while lowering volatility. All companies have key milestones in their growth. Milestones such as their first client, first profit, first expansion, their first dividend, their first dividend increase, and so on. What Jason will focus on are companies that pay a dividend and grow their dividend throughout the world. This presentation will also look back at events around the world that shaped global dividend investing in 2022 and provide an outlook for the rest of the year and beyond.

To showcase global dividend investing, Jason will discuss key metrics such as quantitative and fundamentals of companies. He will be talking about historical cash flow generation, solid balance sheets and the management teams and how that impacts global investing. Looking beyond 2022 for global investing, Jason will discuss downside protection, and other elements of risk management such as business risk, management risk, valuation risk and liquidity risk and how managing those risk elements are important for Canadians.

Jason Isaac is a portfolio manager with more than 20 years of experience in global equities. Jason is a Portfolio Manager at Cumberland Investment Counsel Inc. (CIC) an affiliate of in NCM Asset Management Limited. He is also a director of Cumberland Partners Limited, the firm's parent company. His focus is on international equities adding to the breadth of the firms global offering and team.

Jason began his career in 1997 developing his expertise in US and European equities. Over his 20+ year career, he has worked at HSBC and Scotia in banking and investment counseling. His educational and industry credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics and the Financial Management Advisor (FMA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analysts (CAIA) designations. Also, Jason spent three years as a Sessional Lecturer at the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary on subjects including security analysis, investments, and portfolio management theory.

Jason is a founding member of the NCM Asset Allocation Team for the NCM Pension Portfolios, consisting of NCM Conservative Income Portfolio, NCM Balanced Income Portfolio, NCM Growth and Income Portfolio.

Then in 2008 joined a national MGA helping their brokers grow their books, followed by joining a multinational insurer working with MGAs & brokers to capitalize on growing business deeper & more holistically predominantly in the family market space.
